Yes! Your guests simply scan the QR code with their phone and it opens a private upload page in their web browser. It's so simple that anyone can share to your Guest Gallery!

Your Guest Gallery is only accessible through your unique link. You can also add a password for an added level of security so that you will have complete control over who sees your photos, video recordings, text messages, and voice recordings.

Once we receive your booking form, we'll get started creating your Guest Gallery. Without a great amount of customization, we can usually have the QR code out to you within 48 hours. With that said, we enjoy customizing your Guest Gallery with pictures and text that fit your event. We don't rush this process and will work swiftly to create the perfect set up in time for your event.

Photos, videos, texts, and voice messages are saved on the Guest Gallery site for 30 days after your event. This gives you plenty of time to download and save all of these memories to your device.

Nope! With Guest Gallery, you and your guests can upload an unlimited amount of photos, videos, text messages, and voice recordings. All of these are collected and viewable in one simple and convenient place!

All media uploaded to your Guest Gallery is saved in its original, high-quality resolution. While this may vary based on the settings that your individual guests have on their camera apps, you can bet that when you download these memories, you're getting the exact same quality files as they were captured with.

Your Guest Gallery has a simple one click bulk download option so that you can download every picture, video, text message, and voice recording that was uploaded during your event. The actual time it takes to download depends upon the amount of these files and your internet speed, but we've tried to make this as simple as possible for you!

Since Guest Gallery is an online application, it does require some type of connection, either through wifi or cellular network. If your event is in an area where cell coverage is not great and wifi is not available, guests can upload media after the event as long as you share the QR code or your personal Guest Gallery site address. If the signal is weak and an upload is interrupted, most phones will automatically retry the upload as soon as connection is found. In areas with cellular service or wifi, guests will be able to upload memories to your Guest Gallery almost instantly.

Guest Gallery will work anywhere that has cellular or wifi connection, because it is a web-based application. We can set up a Guest Gallery for you across the United States!

The process is very intuitive and simplified so that anyone can use it! Any guests who have a smart phone just point their cameras at your QR code and touch the screen to open the Guest Gallery. Here, they will select to upload pictures or videos from their camera roll. They may also choose to type and share a text message or record an audio message. It's that simple!

Yes! What makes Guest Gallery awesome is that it truly is made to help preserve the memories of your event for everyone. Your guests will see the pictures, videos, text messages, and audio recordings from everyone.

There are two popular ways to share the Guest Gallery: 1) Guests who scan the QR code can view the media on their own device 2) You can share a live presentation of the media for others to see during your event. This requires internet access, a dedicated device (computer, laptop, tablet) and a monitor or projector. As media is uploaded throughout your event, it is shown in a slide show format. Your guests will love seeing their images and will want to share more!
